This was an absolute jewel! Beautiful beautiful place. We stayed in room 453 in June and everything was PERFECT!! The service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the delicious breakfast and beach side bars…..BEAUTIFUL PLACE! The people and staff were so accommodating and polite I was so happy I booked this place. Good beach hotel in a resort / holiday home settlement. The hotel is efficiently run (sometimes going too far when they try to make the guest do their work: online check in, pay the evening before departure, ...). The kids club is one of the better ones but the breakfast has potential for improvement (note to hotel: not having someone seating guests and ticking-off their names from
a list brings out the worst in guests at the breakfast buffet).
If you are arriving by car, be aware that the hotel has limited parking. Either reserve in advance (and accept the extra fees) a parking space of expect to look for a parking space in the surrounding streets.
Overall, we did not found the hotel to be particularly good value for money.

Rooms are outdated; in our case it would have been suitable to have a family room with two separate bedrooms; instead we receive a room with one bedroom and corridor with bunk beds.
Service: internet nonexistent, constantly disconnected; room service OK; staff mostly unfriendly; they argued among them, and tension was visible; swimming pool bar was slow, and expensive; way too many additional costs, which make the whole budget not properly plannable and transparent; beach chairs booking is very cumbersome, creating discussions among guests and staff; organization within the hotel for all the services is generally poor
